The Postcard by Anne Berest

Reading The Postcard was a journey through history, politics, the innermost struggles of individuals, and through storytelling itself. I love it when writers play around with structure and was drawn in by the way The Postcard weaved in and out of the past and present throughout the prose. Europa always publishes titles I end up loving- it all started with The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Barbery. Hoping to see Anne Berest this time around!
